Are you sure it isn't working at all? I thought mine wasn't working during day light because I couldn't see the blue light. However at night, I can see the light illuminate correctly. I don't know why it is that the turn signals can be seen in day light but the high beam can't. Maybe they tinted it too blue on the 2002 model I have.
